I must say i used to be quite stunned after I started p90x2. I liked the initial p90x, but i wouldn’t say I loved it. i thought Kenpo was a waste of your time and therefore the yoga was to long. I started p90x2 many weeks back and man was I struggling.

The first phase included alot of balancing and working on your core. It will get frustrating doing bound moves on drugs balls initially, but after awhile your body starts to handle it higher. Most weight lifters may be turned off by phase one amongst the program. It extremely doesn’t need alot of dumbbell work and it works on things normal gym goers don’t typically do. Howvever i can not stress enough that it works and burns. amendment is nice.

I simply started phase two and it’s more things that i’m higher at (curls, kicksbacks,etc). you don’t notice how important phase one was till your balancing on one leg doing your favorite lifting moves. You get such a lot more out of the target area by adding this new Obstacle.

I highly counsel p90x2 to anyone eager to be in high shape. i am now a believer in tony horton.

UPDATE. after being two weeks into phase two, i need to say I have never looked higher. i am actually shocked the program is functioning this well. the largest distinction is that my core is developing that shredded look. i am honestly shocked that some individuals are relinquishing during phase 1. i am getting the look i wished from insanity, but actually keeping my muscle ( and i savvy to eat in all probability 6-7 meals daily with variant veggies and protein). superb program when given a chance.
